In order to create a proper paper trail, you may register and pay by credit card or by mailing in a check, so that payment is received within 72 hours prior to the event, and there are three possible ways to take care of registration:
1) Prepay all meals for the season, either online at www.pcfraz.org or via mail… meaning a credit card or check is required only once a season, and when you register for meetings the new website will indicate your meal is prepaid.
2) Register for individual meetings online here.
3) Calling the PCFR office 602-441-4967
Prepayment either by credit card or check needs to be received 3 days before the meeting to insure a reservation. Members who arrive without prepaid reservations will be welcome to pay the late registration fee at the door. We promise to do our utmost to seat those who opt for this method.
Refunds are available when reservations are canceled up to 72 hours prior to the event. No refunds less than 72 hours before the event, as we have to guarantee your seat.
Guest Policy: Please note, it is our policy that a guest may attend 2 events (total, not per season) with a sponsored member. After 2 events, we encourage application into membership. We thank you for your attention to this policy as you invite prospective members.
