PCFR Membership Criteria

An Applicant for Membership Should Exhibit:

  • Experience and/or deep interest, and/or current involvement in international affairs. Members ideally will have been either active internationally or positioned to affect Arizona’s role internationally.
  • Ability to contribute to Committee activities. We encourage members to participate in Committee activities (i) by effective involvement in meeting discussions, (ii) by recommending prospective members, speakers or sponsors, and/or (iii) by taking part in and support of Committee activities. Learn more about our Committees

A variety of membership options are offered to leaders and enthusiasts in media, industry, government, education and community organizations in Arizona. Your annual renewal date is based on the month of your membership acceptance.

Membership Requirements & Application Process

  • Prospective members are allowed and encouraged to attend an event before applying for membership. The maximum number of events a nonmember can attend is two.
  • Sponsorship - Membership is facilitated by a current PCFR member who serves as the applicant's sponsor.  If you do not have a sponsor, please reach out to the Membership Committee chair or the PCFR office.
  • The Prospective member should complete the application for membership, which requires the name of the sponsor and date of meeting attended.
  • Applications approved by the Membership Committee (who meet monthly) will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.
  • After Board approval, the Membership Manager will send the prospective member an acceptance of membership form.

  • Guests of members may attend up to two meetings per season by reservation only.  After two meetings, they must apply for membership.
  • Committee members are encouraged to sponsor new members, to recommend speakers and to become involved in development initiatives.
