For 50 years, PCFR has welcomed a variety of distinguished guests; including U.S. and foreign ambassadors, cabinet ministers, policy-makers, economists, analysts, journalists, authors, renowned educators and heads of state. We host forums inviting these dignitaries to address and engage with the world's most pressing issues.

By joining PCFR, you will join the ranks of PCFR members who have experience and/or interest in international affairs. PCFR members are explorers who are curious about the world. Our members have travelled or worked abroad, and showcase a deep interest in foreign relations. Many of our members work in international roles and are positioned to affect Arizona’s global engagement.

Membership FAQs
Do I need a sponsor to apply?
No. If you do not have a sponsor, just put “N/A” in your application. If you were referred to PCFR by an existing member, list their name as your sponsor.
Can I come to in-person events with a digital membership?
Yes, you can come to in-person events with your digital membership. However you will have to pay general public pricing. Your digital membership only provides member pricing for virtual events and some member-only events.
What is your guest policy?
Please note, it is our policy that a guest may attend two (2) events (total, not per season) with a sponsored member with member pricing. After two events, we encourage guests to apply for membership.
Can a couple purchase one membership and use it together?
PCFR membership is individual and non-transferable. You should each register for your own membership in order to receive member pricing.
Do I have to pay via credit card?
We recommend paying via credit card for a more seamless experience. However, please note that there is a 3-5% credit card fee depending on your type of credit card. If you want to avoid this, we are happy to receive a check.
